Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with these big 1000cc naked bikes lately. It’s been a wild ride, let me tell you. I got my hands on a few different models, just to see what they’re all about. You know, kick the tires, rev the engines, the whole nine yards.

First up was this Suzuki. Now, I’ve heard a lot about the GSX line – it’s like, legendary or something. They’ve got a bunch of versions, like, fifteen or more, crazy right? Anyway, I hopped on this thing, and bam, felt the power right away. Started at around $11,500, which isn’t too bad for what you get.

Then, I tried out a Triumph Street Triple 765 RS. Man, this one was a beast. It’s a bit smaller, 765cc, but don’t let that fool you. It’s got like 128 horsepower or something crazy like that. And the torque, oh boy, 80Nm at 9,000 RPM. It felt like it wanted to jump out from under me. This one was a bit pricier, around $11,295, but damn, it was fun.
Finally
Finally, I just rode them around, both on the track and on regular streets. I’m no pro, but I like to think I can handle a bike. These things are seriously powerful, but they’re also surprisingly easy to handle. You feel like you’re in control, even when you’re pushing it. You can really feel the difference when you are riding on the track or just on some random street.
What I Think
- Power: These bikes have tons of it. You twist the throttle, and they just go.
- Handling: They’re nimble. You lean, and they lean with you. It’s like an extension of your body.
- Price: They’re not cheap, but you’re getting a lot of bike for your money.
