Today, I decided to give “silute basketball” a try. I’d heard about it but never really looked into it, so I figured, why not?

Getting Started
First, I needed to figure out what “silute basketball” even was. I did some digging and found out it’s about improving the efficiency of basketball scoring in games, and found some instructions.
My Initial Setup:
- Took my regular basketball.
- Headed to my backyard hoop.
- Marked some common shooting spots with chalk.
The Practice
I started by shooting from the spots I marked, just like I normally would. I kept track of how many shots I made and missed. Nothing fancy, just a simple tally.
Then, I tried different training methods with changes, focusing on shooting. I spent about 30 minutes doing this, experimenting. Made notes of how many I made and missed from each spot.
After that, I switched it up again. This time, I visualized. Another 30 minutes, more shots, more notes.

Wrapping Up
By the end, I was pretty tired, but it was a good workout. I looked over my notes and could definetly learn more.
I’m going to keep practicing and see if I get better. It’s a fun way to change up my usual basketball routine, I guess.
