Okay, so I decided to try on a thong for the first time. I’ve always been a boxer briefs kind of guy, so this was way out of my comfort zone. I picked one up at the store – just a simple black one, nothing fancy. Gotta start somewhere, right?

The First Attempt
I got home, took a shower, and then it was time. I stood there in my bathroom, staring at this tiny piece of fabric. I honestly had to check online how to put it on and made sure I got it right.
The initial feeling? Weird. Really weird. It felt like I had a permanent wedgie.
- Front: The front was…surprisingly okay. It was snug, but not in a bad way. Kind of like a very supportive pouch.
- Back: Yeah, that’s where things got interesting. That string, or whatever you call it, was definitely there. I could feel it. All the time.
The Day-Long Test
I decided to commit and wear it for the whole day. I put on my jeans and went about my business.
Sitting down was an experience. I kept adjusting, trying to get comfortable. It wasn’t painful, just…different. After a while, I kind of got used to it. I wouldn’t say I forgot it was there, but it became less noticeable.
Walking around was better. I think the constant movement made it less obvious that I had a string between my cheeks.

I went to the gym and did my usual workout. Squats were a little awkward at first, but I managed. I was definitely more aware of my butt than usual, though.
The Verdict
By the end of the day, I was ready to take it off. It wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever worn, but it wasn’t exactly comfortable either.
Would I wear one again? Maybe. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I can see why some people like them, especially under tight clothes. But for everyday wear? I think I’ll stick with my boxer briefs. My butt just isn’t ready for that kind of commitment yet. Perhaps, give me sometimes to try on again.
