Okay, so I decided to follow Alison Lee’s game closely during that last LPGA tournament. It wasn’t like, a big plan, just kinda happened. I saw her name on the pairings list and thought, yeah, let’s see how she does this week.

Getting Started
First thing I did was check the tournament schedule. Had to figure out her tee times, right? Found those online pretty easily. Then I tried to see if it was gonna be on TV. Sometimes it is, sometimes it’s just scraps of coverage. This time, it looked like mostly online streaming or just following the leaderboard.
Tracking the Rounds
So, round one kicked off. I pulled up the live scoring app on my phone. That thing became my best friend for a few days. I kept refreshing it constantly. You know how it is, watching the scores change hole by hole. It’s kinda addictive.
- Checked her score after every hole update.
- Looked at her stats when they popped up – fairways hit, greens in regulation, putts. Simple stuff.
- Tried to picture the shots based on the hole layout they sometimes show.
I actually managed to catch some video highlights later each evening. Saw a couple of her drives and a nice putt she made on day two. It’s different seeing it, even if it’s just a short clip, compared to just reading the scores. You get a bit more feel for how things are really going.
There was this one hole on Friday, I think it was a par 5. The tracker showed she went for the green in two. Bold move. Didn’t quite work out, ended up with a par, but it was interesting to see that aggressive play. Made me think about the strategy involved, even when you’re just watching dots on a screen.
Wrapping Up
Throughout the weekend, I just kept doing the same thing. Check the scores, watch for highlights, see where she stood. It wasn’t super complicated. Just a routine I fell into. She had some good stretches, made some birdies, but also had a few tough holes. Pretty standard for golf, really. Ups and downs.

In the end, I saw her final position. Wasn’t a win, but seemed like a solid enough week. It was interesting just focusing on one player like that, instead of trying to follow the whole field. You notice the small things more. Anyway, that was my little project, just tracking Alison Lee for a tournament. Simple as that.
