Alright, so the other day I found myself wanting to grab some pictures of Nikola Jokic. You know, the basketball player. Just felt like looking through some photos, maybe find a good one for my desktop background or something simple like that. Nothing major.
First thing, obviously, I turned on my computer. Waited for it to boot up, the usual routine. Then I opened up my web browser. Didn’t really matter which one, they all pretty much do the same thing for this kind of task.
Getting Started with the Search
So, I went to my favorite search engine. Typed in the simple stuff first: nikola jokic pictures. Hit enter and boom, images everywhere. Like, a whole flood of them.
Lots of action shots, you know, him playing basketball. Passing, shooting, looking kinda focused or sometimes even a bit tired. Standard sports photos, really. Saw plenty of pictures of him holding MVP trophies too. Seems like there are a lot of those.

Digging a Bit Deeper
I scrolled for a bit. Clicked on a few that looked interesting. Some were really good quality, clear and sharp. Others were a bit grainy or small, probably not great for a background. I wasn’t looking for anything super specific at first, just browsing.
Then I thought, let’s try something different. I changed my search terms a little. Tried adding things like “Jokic smiling” or “Jokic funny moments”. He’s got that unique personality, right? Wanted to see if I could find pictures that showed that side. Found a few where he’s laughing or making a face. Those were pretty good.

I also remembered he’s into horses. So I searched for “nikola jokic horses”. Found some pictures there too, him back home in Serbia, looking more relaxed, totally different vibe from the basketball court photos. It’s quite the contrast.
Saving a Few Finds
As I found pictures I liked, I just right-clicked and saved them. Made a simple folder on my desktop, called it ‘Jokic Stuff’ or something like that. Didn’t need a complicated system. Just dropped the images in there.
Honestly, the process was pretty straightforward. It wasn’t rocket science. You type in what you’re looking for, you scroll, you click, you save. The main thing was just how many pictures there actually are. You can spend a fair bit of time just looking through them all.
In the end, I found a few cool shots. Got a mix of action photos, some casual ones, and a couple of him with the MVP trophy. Didn’t end up changing my desktop background yet, but I’ve got the folder ready if I decide to. It was just a simple task, looking up some pictures online. Took maybe 20 minutes, mostly just scrolling and deciding which ones I actually wanted to keep.
