Okay, so I’ve been waiting for this update for Undisputed boxing for what feels like forever, and it finally dropped on December 12th! Man, I was pumped. I even took the day off work just to play it, no joke. I’ve been following the news about this update for a while, seeing snippets here and there, about the new fighters, venues, and gameplay changes. This is big, I’m telling you.

So, first thing I did was fire up my trusty PlayStation 5. The download was pretty quick, thankfully. I was practically bouncing off the walls waiting for it to finish. Once it was done, I jumped straight into the game. The new update, 1.2, it’s called, has some new fighters, as I mentioned. And let me tell you, these aren’t just some random nobodies, they are some of the popular ones in the boxing world right now!
The gameplay changes are noticeable, too. They added some new knockdown and knockout animations, which are brutal and awesome. It’s way more satisfying now to land a solid punch and see your opponent crumble. They also added this cool animation when a fighter’s block is broken. It is so helpful to see this in the game now.
- Online Fights:
- Career Mode:
They split the online fights into different weight classes, like Cruiserweight, Bantamweight, and Light Heavyweight. This is great because now you can actually find matches in your preferred weight class, instead of just getting thrown in with everyone else. It feels more fair and balanced.
I haven’t dug too deep into the career mode yet, but I hear there are some big updates there, too. I’ll have to check that out later, but right now, I’m having too much fun just knocking people out online.
Overall, this update is a huge step in the right direction for Undisputed. The developers, Steel City Interactive, are really listening to the fans and making the game better. This ain’t just some minor patch, this is a game-changer. If you’re a boxing fan and you haven’t checked out Undisputed yet, now’s the time, my friends.

My Overall Impression
After spending hours playing, I gotta say, I’m impressed. The game feels smoother, more responsive, and way more engaging. It’s clear that the developers put a lot of love and effort into this update. I can’t wait to see what else they have in store for us in the future. This is a good day for boxing game fans, for real!
