Okay, so today I wanted to mess around with photos again. I remembered I had a bunch of old photos lying around, so I figured, why not try something new with them? This is my sixth attempt, hence the title “photo six.”

First, I gathered all the photos I could find. They were a mix of everything – family, vacations, some random shots. I picked out six that I thought would work well together. Then I laid them out on my desk to get a better look at them.
Getting Started
I decided to try a collage. I’ve seen some cool ones online and thought it would be fun to make my own. I grabbed some scissors, glue, and a piece of cardboard for the base. I started by trimming the edges of the photos to make them fit together better. Some of the photos were a bit faded, so it was a little tricky.
The Process
- Trimmed the photos.
- Arranged them on the cardboard to see how they looked together.
- Glued them down one by one.
It took a bit of time to get the arrangement right. I moved the photos around a few times until I was happy with the layout. Once I was satisfied, I started gluing them down. I had to be careful not to use too much glue, or it would seep through and ruin the photos. I pressed each photo down firmly to make sure it stuck well.
Finishing Up
After all the photos were glued down, I let it dry for a few hours. Then I found an old frame that I thought would match the collage. I cleaned the frame and placed the collage inside. It looked pretty good, if I do say so myself.
So, that’s how I spent my afternoon, messing around with photos and creating a collage. It was a fun little project, and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. Maybe I’ll try something different next time.
