Well, I saw this thing online the other day, it was called a “phone booth fight”. I thought, what the hell is that? Sounds crazy, so I gotta try it.
First, I found an old phone booth. It was a bit of a mission to find one that was still in decent shape, but I managed. Then, I needed a partner in crime, someone crazy enough to do this with me. I called up my buddy, Jake, and he was all in.
So, there we were, two grown men squeezing into an old phone booth. We could barely move in there. It was tight, real tight. We decided to go back-to-back. We’re like sardines in a can, hardly any room to even breathe.
Then the fun began. We started throwing punches, well, more like little jabs because there was no room to wind up. We were just trying to tag each other, bumping and shoving within the booth. Jake managed to get a couple of good ones in, but I held my own.
- The first thing you notice is how cramped it is. No room for fancy footwork or big swings.
- We were basically just throwing these little baby punches, trying not to smash our hands on the walls or the phone.
- It was more of a wrestling match than a boxing match, really. Lots of pushing and trying to get an angle.
We went at it for a good few minutes, just a flurry of arms and elbows. It was exhausting, I gotta say. We were both gasping for air by the end of it. The whole thing was just wild, a total mess, but man, was it a laugh!
Finally, we called it quits. We could barely move, all sweaty and out of breath. We stumbled out of the booth, laughing like lunatics.
It was a stupid idea, really, but definitely one for the books.
Did it hurt? Yeah, a bit. Did we look ridiculous? Probably. Would I do it again? Maybe, just maybe, after I’ve recovered from this one.
It’s not something I’d recommend to just anyone. You gotta be a little crazy, and you gotta have a good friend who’s just as crazy as you are. But hey, it’s a story to tell, right?
In the end, we were just some dudes trying something different and having a laugh. That’s what it’s all about, right? Just having some fun.
