Alright, so today I was messing around with comparing Syria and Australia, just for kicks. It all started this morning when I was watching the news.

I grabbed my laptop and opened up a new browser window. My first instinct? Just good old fashioned searching. I typed in “Syria basic facts” and hit enter. Did the same thing for Australia, opening each search in a new tab.
Digging into Syria
- I started reading through the search result, jotting down notes about Syria’s population, major cities, and that sort of thing.
- I found some information from the basic search result.
- I scroll down some more, taking notes.
Checking out Australia
- Then I switched over to the Australia tab.
- Repeated the process – population, big cities, you get the idea.
- Also saw a bit about their government, a lot like the other country’s.
I just kept my searching, taking notes, and comparing until I found what I thought was enough.
It was a pretty interesting way to see things, I think so, anyway. It is a good method.
