Reading Through It… Sort Of
Okay, I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t read every single word. It’s a thesis, it’s long! But I skimmed through it, checking out the intro, the methods section (how he did his research), and the conclusion.

- He talked about different leadership styles.
- He used big words. Lots of big words.
I tried to focus on sections. It was dense. Really dense. But I got the gist of it. Basically, he was looking at how leaders use humor in the workplace and how it affects people.
My Takeaway
Honestly, my biggest takeaway was just… wow. Shaq really did that. It’s kind of inspiring, in a weird way. I mean, if Shaq can write a doctoral thesis, maybe I can finally clean out my garage. Maybe.
