Yesterday, I spent a whole afternoon tinkering with Jalen Collins, and man, it was a rollercoaster! I’m not gonna lie, I thought it’d be a quick in-and-out job, but boy, was I wrong.

Getting Started
First, I needed to get my hands on all the bits and pieces. So, I spent a good hour just gathering everything. It’s like prepping for a big meal, you gotta have all your ingredients ready, right?
I started by double-checking I understood the task. Then I made sure I really understood it. Seriously, reading things twice is my secret weapon.
The Thick of It
Then came the fun part – actually doing the work! I dove in, and at first, it felt like I was swimming in mud. I was going in circles, making silly mistakes, classic me! It was like trying to assemble IKEA furniture without the instructions – frustrating, to say the least.
Here’s a breakdown of my little adventure:
- Step 1: Get things together. I thought I had everything, but nope, had to backtrack and grab something I missed.
- Step 2: Try to put things together. Total fail! Stuff wasn’t fitting, things were breaking… it was a mess.
- Step 3: Realize I messed up BIG TIME. Yep, had to undo a bunch of stuff and start over.
- Step 4: A glimmer of hope! Finally figured out a crucial step, and things started clicking into place.
- Step 5: Try to repeat previous step and realize I really do not understand it.
Finally Done!
After what felt like forever, I finally got it working! It wasn’t pretty, and I’m sure there are a million better ways to do it, but hey, it worked! The feeling of finally getting it done was amazing, like reaching the top of a mountain after a tough climb.

I celebrated with rest, because honestly, I was exhausted. But, I learned a ton, and next time (if there is a next time!), I’ll be way better prepared. It’s all part of the learning process, I guess!
