Okay, so, picture this: I decided to try something totally out there – playing golf in the nude. Yeah, you heard that right. Totally bare.

First, I scouted for a location. This was crucial. I mean, I couldn’t just do this anywhere. I needed privacy, seclusion. I drove around for hours, finally finding this super remote, almost abandoned-looking golf course. It was perfect – overgrown, kinda creepy, but totally deserted.
Next, the gear. Or, well, the lack of it. I stripped down behind my car, feeling a weird mix of liberation and utter terror. I grabbed my clubs, put on my golf shoes (safety first, right?), and that was it.
The Actual Golfing
I walked out onto the first tee, and man, the feeling was…intense. The breeze, the sun, everything felt different. I took a deep breath, teed up the ball, and swung.
- Pros:
- Surprisingly freeing. Like, seriously.
- No sweaty clothes sticking to you.
- A unique connection with nature. You feel everything.
- Cons:
- Sunburn in places you REALLY don’t want sunburn.
- Bug bites. Enough said.
- The constant fear of being discovered. My adrenaline was PUMPING.
- Chafing, unexpected chafing.
I played a few holes, each swing a bizarre combination of normal golf technique and this underlying primal feeling. I shanked a few shots, landed a couple on the green, and mostly just tried to avoid thinking about poison ivy.
Finally, after about an hour, I decided I’d had enough. I sprinted back to my car, threw on my clothes, and peeled out of there. My heart was still racing.

Would I do it again? Honestly, maybe. It was wild, terrifying, and strangely exhilarating. It’s definitely not for everyone, but if you’re looking for a truly… unforgettable… golfing experience, this is it. Just, uh, remember the sunscreen. And bug spray. And maybe a lookout.
