Okay, so I decided it was time for a change. I’d been feeling stuck in a rut, doing the same old thing day in and day out. I needed to shake things up, but I wasn’t sure where to start. So, I just started with something small.

My Small Step
I decided to revamp my workspace. It’s where I spend a good chunk of my day, and honestly, it was a mess. Papers everywhere, old coffee cups, you name it. It definitely wasn’t helping my productivity or my mood.
First, I tackled the clutter. I threw away anything I didn’t need, which, surprisingly, was a lot. Old notes, dried-up pens, random cables that went to who-knows-what. It felt good to get rid of that stuff.
- Gathered all the trash.
- Sorted through papers, keeping only the essentials.
- Wiped down all the surfaces.
The Fun Part
After the cleaning came the fun part – organizing! I bought some cheap drawer organizers and cable ties. It’s amazing how much difference a few little containers can make. I assigned a place for everything: pens, notebooks, chargers, even my snacks. It was like a mini-makeover for my desk.
I also changed desk position.
My desk was in a dark place and I always turn on lights when I work on it.I move it next to windows,It’s much brighter than before.

The Result
Seriously, it’s like a whole new workspace. It’s brighter, cleaner, and just more inviting. I actually look forward to sitting down at my desk now. And the best part? It only took me an afternoon to do it. It’s a small change, but it’s made a big difference in how I feel.
And from my experience,we can always to do a little thing but make a big change.
