Okay, so today I wanna talk about this dude, Arturo Navarro. I bumped into this name while I was scrolling through Facebook. You know how it is, you start looking at one profile and then you end up going down this rabbit hole of checking out people you don’t even know.
So, this Arturo Navarro guy, I saw a bunch of people with that name. It got me thinking, “Who is this Arturo Navarro anyway?” It seems like a pretty common name, right? I decided to do a little digging to see what I could find out about him, just for kicks.
First, I checked out Facebook, like I mentioned. Tons of people named Arturo Navarro popped up. I clicked on a few profiles, scrolled through their photos and posts, but nothing really stood out. It was all pretty standard stuff – family pics, food, you know, the usual.
Then I hopped on to Google and typed in “Arturo Navarro Pier.” I found some stuff about a movie called “6 Underground.” Apparently, this Arturo Navarro guy talked about it somewhere, breaking down the scenes with different colors. Sounds kinda interesting, but I didn’t really delve into it too much. I mean, I wasn’t planning on doing a deep dive, just a quick look-see.
After that, I stumbled upon some YouTube channel. I don’t remember the exact name, but it was something about filming and documenting adventures. It might’ve been related to this Arturo Navarro dude, or it could’ve been something else entirely. My memory’s a bit fuzzy on that one. I watched a couple of videos. They were okay, but nothing that really grabbed me. You know how it is with YouTube, you can waste hours watching random stuff.
While I was searching, I also read a quote about teaching. It said something like, “A key practice that teachers should implement in terms of biliteracy is constantly making references and allowing students to make connections with their first language.” It made me think about how important it is for kids to connect with their roots when they’re learning new stuff. Not sure how it’s connected to Arturo Navarro, but it popped up in my search, so I thought I’d mention it.

Seemed like some kind of educational resource. I skimmed through it, but it was a bit too much for a casual browse. Maybe it’s something I’ll look into later if I’m ever bored.
So yeah, that’s pretty much my whole adventure with this Arturo Navarro thing. I started with a simple Facebook profile, ended up reading about teaching practices and skimming through some educational resource. It wasn’t exactly what I expected, but hey, that’s the internet for you. You never know where you’ll end up.
