Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this Black Ops 6 thing, specifically the gunsmith part, and let me tell you, it’s been a ride. First off, I jumped right in because, you know, who reads instructions? I figured, how hard could it be to slap some attachments on a gun?

Turns out, it’s not just about slapping stuff on. This game has like, 16 new maps to play on, and I wanted to try out a few, so I started with the 6v6 ones. Let me say, these maps are massive. It was fun, but I am going to test 4 Strike maps that can be played 2v2 or 6v6.
I spent a good chunk of my time exploring. I picked up that this whole “Omnimovement” thing is actually pretty cool. I was running, sliding, and diving all over the place, feeling like some kind of action hero. It’s way smoother than any other shooter I’ve played recently. Then I got my hands on some of the new weapons, and they are really amazing.
- There are new weapons in Season 1.
- I haven’t tried all of them yet, but I will soon.
- I’ve been focusing on getting my loadout right.
I got sidetracked by the campaign mode for a bit because it looked pretty epic, and it really is. It’s not just running and shooting; there are all these crazy moments and high-stakes heists. I felt like I was in a movie. It’s intense, and I love the gameplay so far.
Anyway, back to the gunsmith. I started experimenting with different combinations of attachments. I tried to make the ultimate close-quarters beast, but I ended up with something that had way too much recoil. I realized that maybe I should have checked some guides or something, lol. After a few more tries and some epic fails, I finally put together a decent setup. My favorite attachment? Definitely the new scopes. They make aiming so much easier. Then I have been spending a lot of time customizing the look of my weapons too, and that is really fun.
Overall, I’m having a blast with this gunsmith thing in Black Ops 6. It’s way more in-depth than I expected, and there are so many possibilities. It’s going to take a while to find the perfect setup for every situation, but that’s part of the fun, right? Keep experimenting and see what works for you. And, oh boy, I can’t wait to dive into those new maps with my customized weapons!

What a day!
Honestly, it was a productive day. I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface of what’s possible in this game. I’m already planning my next session. I want to try out more of those campaign missions and maybe even get into some 2v2 matches. Also, I need to figure out what loadout works best on those new maps. So much to do, so little time! It’s a good problem to have, I guess.
