Okay, so I wanted to keep track of the Celtics’ injuries for tonight’s game. It’s kind of a big deal, you know, knowing who’s in and who’s out. So I started digging around this afternoon.

First, I checked out the usual spots for sports news. You know, just to get a general idea. I saw some mentions about Jrue Holiday and thought, “Oh man, he’s a key player.”
- Read a few articles that were talking about the injury report.
- Noticed that Kristaps Porzingis’ name popped up a lot. Apparently, he’s out because of “return from injury management.” Whatever that means.
The search continued
Then I went a little deeper. I figured I’d see what people were saying on social media. Because, honestly, sometimes fans know more than the official reports, right? I scrolled through a bunch of posts, some from today, some from yesterday. It was a bit of a mess, but I pieced together that three of their top six players might not be playing.
Narrowing it down
I decided to focus on the most recent updates. I mean, things change fast in sports. So I specifically looked for stuff from today, March 2024. I found a few posts mentioning a time, 3:31 p.m., which I assumed was when some news dropped.
One thing I did find was something about Boston’s history. Apparently, the team name “Celtics” has to do with the city’s Irish-American population. I guess it makes sense with the whole green and white thing. Also, I read that Jaylen Brown had a great game recently, 27 points and eight rebounds. That’s pretty good.
Anyway, after all that, I put together a simple list of who I think is probably not playing tonight. It’s not official or anything, just my best guess based on what I found. It’s kind of annoying when players are out, especially important ones. But hey, that’s sports, right?
