Okay, so, I’ve been wanting to catch a Knicks game live, and tonight was the night. I’m not exactly a tech whiz, but I figured there had to be a way to watch it without cable, right? Turns out, there is! I just had to do a little digging.

- NBA’s official streaming serviceThis is another good option. It is mentioned that it can watch live games that are not being aired on national networks or regional sports channels.
I also learned that tonight’s game was against the Orlando Magic. The Knicks have been on a roll lately, winning their last five games. There was also something about a game against San Antonio where the Knicks lost, but I didn’t pay much attention to that. I just wanted to see them keep this winning streak going!
After weighing my options, I decided to check out MSG+ directly, since it’s the official channel for the Knicks and some other New York teams. I signed up for a subscription, which was pretty straightforward. And guess what? It worked! I was able to stream the game live, right on my laptop. No need for cable or anything fancy.
