Okay, so I was kinda curious about this pole vaulter, Eliza McCartney. I kept seeing her name pop up, and I was like, “How tall is this chick?” You know, just one of those random things you get curious about. So, I started my little investigation.

First Attempt: The Obvious
My first move? Straight to Google. I just typed in “eliza mccartney height” and figured the answer would be right there, staring me in the face. I mean, that’s usually how it works, right?
- I typed the search query.
- I hit enter.
- And…I scrolled through a bunch of articles.
But, surprisingly, it wasn’t as simple as I thought. The search results were all over the place! News articles, competition results, you name it. Nothing that just gave me a straight answer, just a lot of blabla.
Digging Deeper: Wikipedia to the Rescue?
So, I figured, “Okay, time for plan B.” Wikipedia is usually pretty reliable for this kind of basic info, so I headed over there.
I found her Wikipedia page, and yep, there it was! But it was a little mess, all details mixed together,I had to find it myself. I had to scan the entire page to find that one little detail!
The Result
Finally found it 1.79m! I just found the number!

It wasn’t rocket science, but it took a tiny bit more effort than I expected. I guess that’s just how it goes sometimes, you gotta dig a little to find what you’re looking for!
