I have been a big fan of Call of Duty, and when I heard about the BO6 EE skin promotion in the UK, I just had to get in on it. I mean, who doesn’t want a free operator skin, right? The skin is called “Hella Chill,” and it’s got that cool ’90s vibe to it. So, I went ahead and did it.

First, I checked out the details. I figured I needed to get a copy of Black Ops 6 from the EE Store. It’s a bit of a specific place to buy the game, but hey, free skin! I ordered my copy of the game through their online store. It was pretty straightforward, nothing too complicated.
- Checked promotion details
- Ordered Black Ops 6 from EE Store
Once I placed the order, they sent me a confirmation email. The email said I would receive a redeemable code for the in-game cosmetic items. I waited a bit, and sure enough, another email came through with the code. I was pretty stoked at this point – almost there!
- Received order confirmation
- Got the redeemable code via email
Next, I fired up the game and went to the section where you can redeem codes. I carefully entered the code, making sure I didn’t mess up any of the characters. Hit the redeem button, and bam! The Hella Chill operator skin was unlocked, along with some other ’90s-themed goodies. I was over the moon. It was just like that!
- Entered the code in-game
- Redeemed the code
- Unlocked the Hella Chill skin and other items
Setting up the skin
Now, to actually use the skin. I navigated to the operators’ menu. I already had some CDL skins, so I knew where to go. I selected the operator I wanted to use the new skin on and clicked “customize.” It was the same process as switching between a Faze skin and an Optic skin. Simple enough. I found the Hella Chill skin and equipped it. Boom! My operator was now rocking that awesome ’90s look.
Honestly, the whole process was a breeze. The hardest part was probably just waiting for the code to arrive. But once I had it, everything else was smooth sailing. Now I’m running around in Black Ops 6 with my new Hella Chill skin, feeling pretty good about it. It’s a sweet deal for anyone in the UK looking to snag a free operator skin. Totally worth the little bit of effort!
