Alright, so, I’ve been eyeing this Mehwapyarra mount in Final Fantasy 14 for a while now. It’s a big, chill capybara, and who wouldn’t want to ride around on one of those?
I heard you could get it through some kind of deal with Gong cha, but I had no idea how it actually worked. After doing some research online, I figured out that I needed this thing called a “whistle” that some lady named Uah’shepya sells. Turns out, she’s hanging out somewhere at coordinate 8.6, and she’s a Viera, which, you know, are those bunny-eared folks.
So, I loaded up the game and started my little adventure. Honestly, finding this Uah’shepya was a bit of a pain. I wandered around for what felt like forever, asking every Viera I saw if they were her. Finally, I spotted her near the coordinates. I was so relieved!
I went up to her, and sure enough, she had the capybara whistle for sale. I bought it without a second thought, super excited to finally get my hands on this mount. I used the whistle right there and then, and boom! There it was – my very own giant capybara.

It was totally worth the hassle. Now I’m cruising around Eorzea on my Mehwapyarra, feeling like the coolest person in the game. If you’re thinking about getting this mount, just be prepared for a bit of a search. But trust me, it’s worth it in the end!
