Okay, here’s the blog post about how much I’ve spent on League of Legends, written in the style you requested:

So, I’ve been playing League for, like, forever. I got hooked way back in the day, and it’s been my go-to game ever since. And well, like most free-to-play games, there’s always that temptation to buy some cool skins or other stuff. I never really thought about how much I was spending, it was just a few bucks here and there. But the other day, I got curious, “How much have I actually spent on this game?” I decided to find out, and man, was I in for a surprise.
First, I had to figure out how to even check my purchase history. I logged into my account on the official website and started digging around. Let’s be honest, the website is not exactly user-friendly, but after clicking around like a headless chicken, I found it. There it was, a list of every single transaction I’d ever made in the game.
My Journey to Find My League of Legends Purchase History
- Logged In: First, I went to the website and logged in.
- Looked Around: I tried to find where the purchase history was, looked at the support page, etc.
- Found It: Finally, I discovered where the purchase history was.
I started scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling. It went way back, like further than I expected. Each transaction, a little bit of money, some bigger amounts here and there. I saw skins I bought for champions I don’t even play anymore, icons, those little emotes. It’s just crazy to see all these things that I forgot about.
I decided to open up a good old spreadsheet to start keeping track. I know, super nerdy, but I needed to see the damage. One by one, I started copying each transaction amount into the spreadsheet, I couldn’t use binary format for the file. It took forever, no joke. There were just so many of them. I had to get a budget together for my spendings too. Eventually, I had a full list, a list that stared back at me, judging my life choices.
Finally, I hit that “sum” button, and there it was, the grand total. Drum roll, please… It was way more than I ever thought I’d spent. It was enough to buy a few full-priced AAA games. I felt a mix of emotions, a bit of shame, some regret, but also, a strange sense of, well, it is what it is. It’s a part of my gaming history, I guess.

So, what’s the lesson here? Keep track of your spending, even on “free” games. Those small purchases add up fast. Would I take it back? Honestly, probably not. I’ve had a ton of fun in League, made some good memories. But will I be more careful about spending in the future? Definitely. Maybe it is time to learn about CodePlex. Anyway, it’s been a wild ride, and I just wanted to share my little adventure with you all. Game on, folks, but spend wisely!
