Okay, so today I messed around with something called “brich,” and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey. Started off this morning pretty clueless, just staring at the screen, you know?

First things first, I gathered all the stuff I needed. I’ve got this folder on my desktop where I dump all my project bits and bobs. So, I opened that up and created a new folder specifically for this brich thing.
Next, I fired up my code editor. It took a while to figure out what to write in those files. I wrote a bunch of code, deleted it, wrote some more, deleted that too – basically, a whole lot of trial and error.
Trying to make sense of it all
After a few hours, I started to see some progress. I managed to get some basic stuff working. It wasn’t pretty, but hey, it was something! I kept tweaking things, added this, removed that, and slowly but surely, it started to take shape. The code was a mess, a real spaghetti junction, but I didn’t care as long as it ran.
- Figured out the basic setup, finally.
- Got the core functions to work, sort of.
- Added a bunch of extra features, just for kicks.
By late afternoon, I was actually pretty happy with what I’d accomplished. I had this thing working, and it was doing what I wanted it to do. Sure, it wasn’t perfect, but I learned a ton along the way. I even wrote some comments in the code to remind myself how things worked, which is rare for me.
So yeah, that was my day with brich. A bit of a rollercoaster, but ultimately, I tamed the beast. And you know what? I’m pretty proud of myself for sticking with it. It was frustrating, it was messy, but in the end, I did it. And honestly, I had fun. Felt like a real coder for once.
