The Beginning of a Headache
So, I had this idea, right? A passion project. Something I thought would be, well, not a walk in the park, but definitely doable. I was all hyped up, sketched out the plans, got the coffee brewing. Thought I was so smart, figuring out all the angles. Famous last words, as they say.

It wasn’t some fancy new framework, not some expensive software. Just a simple, old utility that did one thing, and did it perfectly.

So yeah, that’s the story. It really hit me then. Sometimes it’s not about how smart you are, or how many new tricks you know. Sometimes, you’re just stuck, and you can’t move forward, you can’t make progress, no matter how hard you try. You won’t run, you won’t fly. Not without that one crucial piece, that one “you” that comes along and makes all the difference. For me, it was that old tool. Made me realize you gotta keep an open mind, and sometimes the answers are in the last place you’d think to look. And without it? I’d still be grounded, staring at a broken project. It’s a humbling experience, for sure. You think you’re all self-sufficient, but then something like this happens, and you realize how much you depend on these little things, these unsung heroes, whether they’re tools, or bits of advice, or even just sheer luck. Without that “you,” I was going nowhere fast.
