Supposedly my dude would be faster now. Hopped into a game… same old pace. My center still lumbered down the court like he was stuck in mud. Played five games – still lost three. No magic boost.

The Harsh Reality Check

Honestly? It messed with my head more than the game. Instead of focusing on actual gameplay – passing, timing my shots, playing defense – I was distracted.
