Okay, so, today, I’m going to share my experience about the 2024 John Deere Classic, specifically the final round, round 4. I’ve been keeping an eye on this tournament the whole week, and it was pretty exciting.

First off, I got up early on Sunday, July 7th. I checked the forecast, and there was a warning for storms in the morning. Because of that, I knew they might adjust the tee times. So, I started to watch the tournament on my TV.
I found that Davis Thompson, man, he really killed it on Saturday! He shot a nine-under-par 62! That put him in the lead going into the final round. I was excited to see if he could keep up that momentum.
- I spent the whole morning watching the coverage, it was on Golf Channel and Peacock from 1 to 3 PM, my local time.
- I also followed the leaderboard online, just to make sure I was getting all the updates in real time.
Watching the Final Round
Then, I decided to focus on the game. The tournament was held at TPC Deere Run in Illinois. I have to say the course looks really good on TV. I was just sitting there, watching all these amazing golfers do their thing. It’s crazy how good they are!
I spent a good few hours glued to the screen, taking it all in. It’s one thing to read about these events, but it is totally different to see it live.
By the end of the day, I was pretty satisfied with the whole experience. I got to see some top-notch golf, and it was a nice way to spend a Sunday.
