Alright, so I wanted to make a video about Kobe and Shaq highlights. I’ve been a huge Lakers fan since I was a kid, and those two were just magical together. So, I figured, why not put together some of their best moments?
Finding the Footage
First, I needed the actual clips. I dived deep into the internet.
- I started by searching for general highlight reels. You know, the kind that has music and shows the best plays.
- Then, I looked for more specific stuff, like “Kobe and Shaq best alley-oops” or “Kobe and Shaq clutch moments”. That got me some more specific, awesome plays.
- It took a while, I needed to download high-quality videos to make my highlights to be clear and sharp.
Putting It All Together
Next, I downloaded one of those easy video editing softwares. I wanted something simple, as I am not a pro.
I imported all the clips I had downloaded. Then I started trimming, I cut out all the unnecessary parts, focusing just on the good stuff.
After that, I arranged the clips.
Then I needed some background music. Something that would fit the energy of Kobe and Shaq.
I added the music track and made sure it lined up with the video, adjusting the volume, so it didn’t overpower the commentary or the sound of the game itself.
And that was pretty much it!
Honestly, the whole thing took me a good few hours. Finding the right clips was probably the most time-consuming part. But it was totally worth it. Seeing those two legends back in action, even if it’s just on my computer screen, brought back so many memories. They were truly an unforgettable duo!
