Okay, so I was digging around for some new reading material, and the name “Maggie Knox” kept popping up. Apparently, it’s a pen name for a writing duo, Karma Brown and Marissa Stapley. I was intrigued, so I decided to check out their books. Here’s how it went down:

My Dive into Maggie Knox Books
First, I looked up what books they’ve actually written. It wasn’t a huge list, which was kind of nice. Made it feel less overwhelming. I found they had these main ones:
- The Holiday Swap
- All I Want for Christmas is You
- And some others that were harder to be sure are real books from them.
I decided to start with The Holiday Swap because, well, the title sounded fun and Christmassy. It’s about twin sisters who swap lives, which is a trope I’m a total sucker for.
Then I got my hands on a copy. I usually prefer reading on my tablet. I grabbed the ebook version and settled in for a read.
Honestly, I devoured it. It was light, fluffy, and exactly the kind of escape I needed. The characters were charming, the story was predictable (in a good way!), and it just made me feel good. After reading the book, I then tried searching for a real copy of the book, but was only able to find books similar to the one I read.
Next, I moved on to All I Want for Christmas is You. This one had a similar vibe – a cute, feel-good romance with a holiday twist. Again, I enjoyed it. It wasn’t groundbreaking, but it was enjoyable and perfect for a cozy night in. I was able to find a real version of this book to read, and the experience of reading it on paper versus my tablet was cool.

So, that’s my Maggie Knox experience so far. I went in not knowing much, found a couple of books that sounded appealing, and ended up having a really pleasant reading experience. Will I read more by them? Probably! They’re not deep, thought-provoking reads, but they’re perfect for when you just want something light and fun.
