Rewound, played slow-mo. Hit record on my screen grabber thing. Did that for Garcia’s homer later. Ball looked like it vanished! Absolute rocket. Tagged that spot too. Almost missed Cabrera’s diving catch in the 7th – replay barely showed it properly. Had to watch the inning again near real-time. That sucker was sneaky good.
This whole clipping business took forever. Felt like I was doing it wrong. Software kept freezing on me, files were huge. Whole afternoon vanished doing this. Seriously thought about just giving up and posting some boring link instead. But nah, committed now. Stuck some tunes on loud and pushed through the frustration.

Then De La Cruz stealing second like lightning – pure excitement. Finally, bam! Cabrera’s grab to shut it down. Had the announcer audio on super low underneath. Added a tiny “woosh” sound when the ball flew for the homer, ’cause why not? Little things.
Rendering took way longer than it should have – computer sounded like it was trying to take off. While that chugged, wrote a quick caption: “Caught every electric play from yesterday!” Picked a thumbnail frame showing Garcia just connecting. Looked mint.
Finally hit upload this evening. Was it perfect? Nah. Rough around the edges? Always is. Learned that grabbing game highlights yourself is a beast, honestly. But seeing those moments shine? Pure satisfaction. Gotta remember how long the finding part takes next time… maybe brew a bigger pot of coffee.
