Alright, so last Thursday, totally wasn’t even thinking about baseball, you know? Just organizing this massive drawer of stuff, right? Found a stack of old Mariners cards hiding under some receipts. Bam, it hits me – “Heck, why not try mailing ’em?” Sounds simple enough. Was NOT simple.

The Total Fail Search
Grabbed my phone, fired up the browser, punched in “Seattle Mariners address”. Eh. Disaster. First page, ALL ads for tickets, merch stores, hotels near the stadium. Scrolled and scrolled. Zero. Zilch. Nada about where to actually send a dang letter. Got annoyed real quick.
Tried again. Added “mailing address” this time. Better? Nah. Top results were forums with people bickering about parking prices and game highlights. Buried deep in page two? This tiny thread from like, 2018. Someone vaguely mentioned “the stadium front office.” That was it. Useless.
Finally Stumbled On It
Almost gave up. Seriously. Tried one last combo: “Mariners fan mail instructions official”. BOOM. Near the top? This PDF link. Looked old, but legit official Mariners letterhead stuff. Clicked it, praying it wouldn’t crash.
Inside? Golden info:
- Send it To: Seattle Mariners Fan Mail
- ATTN: Player Name YOU want (Gotta be specific!)
- Street: That big ballpark address: 1250 1st Ave South
- City/Zip: Seattle, WA 98134
Copied it down FAST before it vanished.

Putting Pen to Paper (Literally)
Grabbed a clean envelope, my good blue Sharpie. Wrote it out slow:
- Top center: Seattle Mariners Fan Mail
- Below that, smaller: ATTN: Julio Rodríguez
Then the street address nice and clear. WRONG. Wrote “1250 1st Ave S” instead of “South“. Had to fix that – used white tape over the S, wrote “South” clearly. Looks messy, but it’ll get there.
My return address? Smushed it small in the top left corner. Double-stick taped my card inside so it won’t rattle around loose.
Sealed the Deal
Licked the envelope shut, felt kinda ridiculous but also pleased. Walked down to the post office corner box. Dropped it in. Heard that solid thunk.
Will Julio see it? Probably not. But hey, I found the actual magic address. Took way longer than it should’ve, but I did it myself. Good enough for me.
