Okay, so I’ve been wanting to get my hands on a LA Dodgers helmet for a while now. Not just any helmet, but one of those cool ones they sell at the stadium, the ones with the ice cream in it. Sounds delicious, right? So, I started my little mission.
First, I tried to find one online. I searched everywhere, but no luck. Most of the ones were just regular souvenir helmets, not the ice cream kind. I figured my best bet was to actually go to a game.
Game Day Attempt
I managed to snag some tickets for a game last week. Finally! I was so excited, not just for the game, but for the helmet. I got to the stadium, found my seat, and immediately went on the hunt.
I walked around the concession stands, looking for that iconic helmet. I asked a few vendors, but they only had the regular nachos helmets, the small plastic ones. Bummer! I kept looking, though, determined to find my prize.
The Sweet Spot
Finally, after what felt like hours, I spotted it! There it was, in all its glory, at a dessert stand near the top level. A huge LA Dodgers helmet filled with soft-serve ice cream. Yes!
I practically ran to the stand and ordered one. It was a little pricey, but hey, it’s a souvenir and dessert all in one. Totally worth it.
Victory!
I sat back down, helmet in hand, and enjoyed the rest of the game. The ice cream was great, and the helmet? It’s now proudly displayed on my shelf. Mission accomplished!
