I looked up the specific details for my model, the NX 650 N/P Dominator RD02, just to be sure I had the right info.

Next, I dove into understanding the fuel consumption. I found out that the average fuel consumption for this bike is about 4.7 liters per 100 kilometers. Of course, this can change depending on how you ride it, but it’s a good baseline. So I made sure to fill up the tank accordingly, keeping this average in mind.

Then, I got a bit more technical. I looked at the engine’s compression ratio, which is 8.3:1. This baby has four valves and a single chain-driven overhead camshaft. I didn’t mess with this part too much, but it was cool to know. The intake uses a 40 mm Keihin constant-velocity carburetor, which I did take a look at.
