Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “King George” thing – you know, trying to see how long I could stretch out his reign in the game. It sounded like a fun, silly challenge, so I figured, why not?

I started a new game, picked England, obviously. My first move? Boost that stability. Gotta have a solid foundation, right? Then I focused on keeping my royal heir alive. No early deaths allowed! I used every trick in the book: royal marriages, alliances, the whole nine yards. I even disinherited some heirs with bad stats, wasn’t about to risk it.
Early Game Shenanigans
Early on, it was all about avoiding wars. I played super defensive, only taking fights I knew I could win easily. I expanded slowly, mostly through colonization. America, here I come!
- Royal Marriages Galore: Married into every major power I could.
- Alliances: Kept my friends close, and my potential enemies closer.
- Colonization Focus: Grabbed land in the New World whenever I could.
Mid-Game Madness
Once I felt secure, I started getting a little more aggressive. I used King George’s stats to my advantage, forming some key strategic alliances and expanding my influence in Europe, too. I started to get into some bigger wars, and won some of them, lost some of them, so it was risky, but worth it.
The biggest challenge? Keeping up with technology. It’s easy to fall behind if you’re not careful. I invested heavily in ideas and advisors that boosted my monarch points.
End Game
I made it! King George, against all odds, was super, super old. England was a powerhouse. My colonies stretched across the globe. It was awesome, even if it was a bit ridiculous.

Basically, my strategy was simple, Keep the king alive, try to win wars, don’t take many risks, and then you win.
