Today I wanna share my experience about “rocky beat up”. I got beat up badly. I’m not a professional fighter, just a normal person. But I’ve got some tips I could share with you guys.

First, I started by trying to exercise regularly. I’m not talking about going to the gym every day, but just simple stuff. I took the stairs instead of the elevator. Walking up and down the stairs is a good start, man. It’s simple but it really helped me get stronger.
Then, I watched some Rocky movies. Rocky was this all-or-nothing brawler in his first bout. But then, he started to develop his skills. I learned to be like him. Under the training of Mickey, he began to be a good boxer. This guy Stallone, he’s like my hero. He got hit bad by Lundgren during filming and ended up in the hospital. That’s what I call dedication.
- I stood up for myself.
- I pretended to be confident.
- I did not get too angry.
I tried not to get angry or upset. It’s hard, but it’s important. Getting angry just makes things worse. I tried to stay calm and think about what Rocky would do. I challenged that guy to try knocking me down, just like Rocky did with Tommy. I even said, “My ring’s outside.” I felt like a real fighter, even though I’m not.
Lastly, I made sure to call it a day before I got too tired. I know my limits. Stallone went to the hospital for nine days after that fight scene. I didn’t want that to happen to me. So, I rested when I needed to. Once you get to a certain time of the night, you should stop.
So, that’s my story. It’s not perfect, but it’s real. I got beat up, but I learned a lot. I learned to be strong, to be confident, and to know my limits.
