Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “Silent Hill 2” remake, right? Specifically, I wanted to see if I could get that weird monster, you know, the “Odd Jorge” thing, to stay quiet. Sounds crazy, I know, but that’s what I set out to do.

Gotta hit ’em in the head or legs, apparently. Headshots do more damage, and hitting their legs makes them stumble. Good to know, right?
So I carefully made my way through the apartments, trying my best to avoid the monsters as much as possible. When I did have to fight, I focused on getting headshots. It was pretty tense, I’m not gonna lie.
- Apartments: This was the first big hurdle. I tried to run past most of the enemies, but it was tough. They just kept popping up.
- Headshots and Leg Shots: I made a point to aim carefully. Headshots felt really effective, and leg shots definitely slowed them down.
Then came the hospital. In the basement, man, it was tricky. I got messed up a few times. Turns out, you need some kind of strategy there. I read that you can either damage this big boss or destroy TVs to make it go away, the lights go out and he screams. Also, there’s a health drink on a trash can near a pier, so I grabbed that.
After a bunch of tries, I found a way to deal with the boss, mainly just dodging and weaving. It was more about surviving than actually fighting, from what I gathered. The big guy eventually left me alone, which was a relief. After this, I figured out where the next boss fight was going to be and tried to “cheese” it.
- Hospital Basement: Super tough. I had to experiment a lot to figure out how to get through without dying.
- Boss Strategy: Basically, I just tried to stay alive long enough for the boss to give up. Dodging was key.
I kept playing, following some guides I found online about the Labyrinth. You know, there is a maze and a weird cube puzzle. That part was confusing, but I got through it eventually. Those guides mentioned where to find extra health drinks and stuff, which was helpful.

- Rotating Cube Puzzle: This was a brain teaser, but the guides had the solutions, so I followed those.
Did I make the monster silent?
Well, not exactly. The “Odd Jorge” was still there, making its usual noises. But I did manage to get through the game a bit differently, focusing on avoiding fights and being smart about when I did engage. It was more about understanding the game’s mechanics than actually changing the monster’s behavior. But hey, it was a fun experiment, and I learned a lot about how the game works. And all that, right? It’s all about having fun and trying new things.
