Okay, so the other day I was trying to remember who was on that killer 2017 Warriors team. You know, the one that just destroyed everyone? I couldn’t quite get all the names, so I decided to look it up and figured, hey, why not make a note of it?

First, I fired up my browser. It’s second nature, really. Just popped it open and went straight to the search bar.
Starting the Deep Dive
I typed in “golden state warriors roster 2017”. Pretty straightforward, right? I wanted the official roster, nothing fancy.
The search results came back instantly. Tons of stuff, as always, but I picked one that looked like it was straight from a reliable sports source. I skimmed through the page, making sure it was actually for the 2016-2017 season.
Getting Down to Business
Once I was sure I had the right page, I started copying down the names. I didn’t just want the starters; I wanted the whole darn team. So I made a simple list:
- Stephen Curry
- Klay Thompson
- Kevin Durant
- Draymond Green
- Zaza Pachulia
Those were the obvious ones. The core that everyone remembers. But I kept going, getting every single player.

- Andre Iguodala
- Shaun Livingston
- David West
- JaVale McGee
- Ian Clark
- Anderson Varejao
- James Michael McAdoo
- Matt Barnes
- Kevon Looney
- Damian Jones
- Patrick McCaw
I went down the list, name by name, making sure I didn’t miss anyone. I even double-checked a couple of times because, you know, memory can be a tricky *, I added the player position next to the name, other times I just made a mental note.
Wrapping it Up
After I got all the names down,I had a complete list,I decided to put the core players in bold to read it easily next time!Pretty simple, really, but it scratched that itch of needing to know. Now I’ve got the full roster, and I won’t be forgetting it anytime soon!
