Okay, so, I wanted to watch the Nuggets game the other day. You know, just chill and see how they’re doing. But I didn’t want to pay for some expensive cable package or anything like that. I mean, who does these days, right?

So I started looking around. First, I checked out some of those, uh, “unofficial” streaming sites. You know the ones I’m talking about. But man, they were sketchy. Pop-ups everywhere, weird links, and the quality was terrible. Plus, I was pretty sure my computer was about to get a virus. No thanks.
So, what was a guy to do?
Then I remembered something I’d heard about. A service called Fubo. Apparently, they have a bunch of live sports, including Altitude Sports, which is where the Nuggets games are usually on. I did a quick search and saw that, yeah, they carry ABC, ESPN, and NBA TV too, so I’d be covered for nationally televised games. Sweet!
I found that Fubo had this free trial thing. “Perfect,” I thought. I signed up, which took like two minutes. Boom, I was in. They had a bunch of channels, but I just went straight to Altitude Sports. And there it was, the Nuggets game, live and in HD. Way better than those shady sites.
I ended up watching the whole game without any issues. No buffering, no weird pop-ups, nothing. It was awesome. After the game, I did a little more digging around Fubo. They have an option to add on NBA League Pass, which is cool if you’re a huge basketball fan and want to watch even more games.
I also noticed that there’s this other option, Altitude Now app, and they also have a paid monthly subscription called Altitude+. I only want to watch Nuggets games, so I don’t think I’ll use them, but it’s good to know that they are there.

And guess what? I remembered that the radio station KKSE-AM-FM is where I can listen to Nuggets games too. It seems that they also have some talk shows about sports. I found that they also have a relationship with Fox Sports Radio. I might check them out sometime.
Anyways, I just wanted to share my little adventure in finding a way to watch the Nuggets game for free. It’s definitely doable, and you don’t have to deal with any of that shady stuff. Fubo worked out great for me, and I think I’ll keep using it, at least for a while. Maybe I’ll finally cancel that expensive cable subscription I never use!
- So, to sum it up:
- I tried sketchy sites – bad idea.
- I found Fubo and signed up for the free trial.
- I watched the Nuggets game on Altitude Sports with no problems.
- I also found Altitude+ and Altitude Now app.
- I know I can also listen to the game on KKSE-AM-FM.
- Success!
That’s it, that is my whole story.
