Okay, so, I’ve been trying to figure out when this Milwaukee Brewers playoff game starts. It’s been a bit of a wild goose chase, to be honest.

First, I dug around to find out when the parking lots open. Turns out, they open three hours before the game, but that’s “subject to change.” I learned that for a 6:40 PM game, they open the lots at 4:10 PM. Good to know, but still didn’t tell me when the game actually starts.
Then, I stumbled upon some info about this “Front Row Amy.” Apparently, her real name is Amy Williams, and she lives about an hour and a half away from the stadium. Interesting, but not what I was looking for. I did a little more digging and found out the Brewers were founded in 1970 and have only been to the World Series once, back in ’82, losing to the Cardinals.
Finally, I hit the jackpot! I found a source that said the first pitch for the Brewers-Diamondbacks Wild Card game is set for 6:08 PM CT. They’re playing this round over three days, so there are different time slots. Also found another source said the game will begin at 4:32 p.m on Tuesday. First pitch on Wednesday is at 6:38 p.m.
I also saw something about the game being at American Family Field against the New York, but I think that was just part of a longer list of teams in the wild card series. And one source said the Brewers’ postseason starts on Tuesday, so that lines up.
To sum it all up:
- Parking lots open 3 hours before the game, at 4:10 PM for a 6:40 PM start.
- The Brewers haven’t been to the World Series since 1982.
- The first pitch for the Wild Card game is at 6:08 PM CT, but one source said it’s 4:32 PM on Tuesday.
It took a bit of effort, but I think I’ve got it sorted now. At least I know when to get to the stadium, even if the exact start time seems a bit fluid. Let’s go, Brewers!
