My Hunt for Lakers Giveaways
Okay, so I gotta tell you about my little adventure trying to score some Lakers freebies. Being a huge Lakers fan, you hear about these giveaways, right? Free tickets, maybe some cool merch. I figured, why not give it a shot?

First thing I did was just jump online. Typed in stuff like “Lakers giveaways” or “free Lakers stuff” into the search bar. You get a bunch of results, obviously. I started poking around what looked like official team spots and their social media pages. That seemed like the safest bet, you know?
Finding the Actual Giveaways
It took some digging. It’s not like there’s just one big page listing everything all the time. I found I had to:
- Check their main social media feeds pretty regularly. Sometimes they just pop up a contest post there.
- Look out for emails if you’re signed up for their newsletter. Sometimes they bury links in there.
- Listen during game broadcasts, occasionally they mention contests.
I saw different kinds of giveaways. Some were for jerseys, some for hats, and yeah, the big one was always tickets. The ticket ones seemed way harder to win, tons of people jumping on those.
Entering the Contests

So, when I actually found one I wanted to enter, the process was usually pretty simple. Most of the time, it involved stuff like:
- Following their account on whatever platform the giveaway was on (like Instagram or Twitter).
- Liking the specific giveaway post.
- Sometimes tagging a friend in the comments.
- Sharing the post to my own story or feed.
A couple of times, I had to go to a separate page and fill out a little form with my name and email. Nothing too crazy, but it did mean checking back often because these things usually only run for a few days.
Did I Win Anything?
Ha, well, here’s the reality check. I entered maybe five or six different ones over a couple of months. Did I snag those courtside seats? Nope. Did I get a signed LeBron jersey? Nah. It seems like tons of people enter these things, so the odds aren’t exactly in your favor.
It wasn’t a total loss, though. Following their pages more closely meant I got team news faster, which was cool. And honestly, just the little bit of excitement when you hit ‘enter’ or ‘submit’ was kinda fun. Felt like I was participating, you know? Even if I didn’t walk away with a prize, I got a better sense of how these things work.

So yeah, that was my experience trying to get Lakers giveaways. Didn’t hit the jackpot, but it was an interesting little project. If you’re gonna try, just be patient and keep your eyes peeled!
