Okay, so today I decided to dive into the stats and stuff between the New Orleans Pelicans and the Golden State Warriors. I’ve always been kind of a casual basketball fan, but I figured, why not get a bit more into it? Here’s how it all went down.

First, I grabbed my laptop and plopped down on the couch. Comfort is key, people! Then I opened up my browser. I started with a basic search, you know, just to see what recent games they’ve had.
The search results popped up a bunch of sports news sites. I clicked on a few, and started taking notes, I scrolled through game summaries, and I really dug through box scores.
- Checked out the team rosters.
- Looked at recent game results. I wanted to see who’s been winning.
- Noted down key players. Who’s scoring the most points? Who’s getting the rebounds?
Then, after getting, I started to compare, and wrote down my findings.
My “Deep Dive” Process
I spent a good hour just reading articles and watching some highlight videos. I wanted to get a feel for how each team plays, their strengths and weaknesses, that kind of thing.
Finally, after all that, I started to see some patterns. For example, the Pelicans seem to be really strong in the paint, while the Warriors rely a lot on their three-point shooting. It was cool to see how it all played out on the court.

So, yeah, that was my afternoon! It was actually pretty fun, and I learned a lot more about these two teams than I thought I would. I can now have a conversation on the topic, haha.
