Today, I really wanted to catch up on what’s happening with the British royal family. You know, the usual stuff – what are they up to, any interesting news, that sort of thing. So, I started digging around, trying to find a good way to get my royal fix.
First, I thought about reading articles, but then I figured, why not try something different? That’s when I stumbled upon the idea of royal podcasts. I mean, who doesn’t love a good podcast, right? And there are actually quite a few dedicated to the royals!
- I started with this one podcast from some news station. Every week, they have new episodes, they are talking about the royal family. I gave it a listen, and it was pretty decent. They covered some recent events and shared some insights into the royal family’s life.
- Then, I found another one that focused specifically on Prince Harry, his wife Meghan Markle, and their kid, Archie. It was all positive vibes and commentary about their lives and work. They even talk about the best royal podcasts, or royal family podcasts. It’s quite interesting!
- I also discovered that there are podcasts for everyone. I mean some podcasts just talk about regular royal news, while others take a deeper dive into what is going on inside the walls of Buckingham Palace. So there is always something for you, if you are interested.
Keep Finding Stuff
I even found one podcast talking about why some guy is best for the Royals. I think it has something to do with the Kansas City Royals baseball team, but I’m not entirely sure.
As I kept exploring, I learned a bit more about the royal family’s rules and expectations. Apparently, if you break them, the consequences can be pretty big and very public. Also, I found out that while senior members of the royal family can’t have regular jobs, some of them actually do work outside of Buckingham Palace. They might live like princes and princesses, but they still have their 9-to-5 gigs. They also do some public and charitable service stuff.

Oh, and get this – I even found out some of the music the royal family enjoys! Apparently, they’re into bands like Coldplay and singers like Ellie Goulding. Prince Harry even mentioned that he used to play the piano. It’s like, they’re just regular people who happen to be royals, you know?
So, yeah, that was my little adventure into the world of royal podcasts. I listened to a bunch of them, learned some interesting tidbits, and got my royal fix for the day. It was a fun way to catch up on the latest royal happenings without having to read a bunch of articles. If you’re into the royal family, I’d definitely recommend checking out some of these podcasts. You might be surprised at what you find!
I think I spent a good 2-3 hours on it. But I think it is worth it, at least for me.
