So, everyone’s chattering about it, right? “Will there be a remarkable 3?” I’ve been thinking about that one myself, a whole lot actually. I really got into the first one, it was something else. The second one? Well, it had its good parts, I guess. So, naturally, I started poking around to see if a third one was on the cards.

  • Then, bam! Transferred. Had to explain it all over again to person number two.
  • Person number two says, “Oh, you need the special department for that.” Guess what? Transferred again!
  • Person number three listened, or pretended to, then promised someone would call me back “within 24 to 48 business hours.” You can guess if that call ever came.

I wasted so many hours on hold, listening to that awful music. I sent emails, I tried their online chat. Nothing. Just empty promises and a feeling like I was screaming into a pillow. Eventually, I just got so fed up. I tossed that SuperWidget in a drawer and went out and bought something from a different company. It wasn’t as fancy, but at least when I called them with a question, a real human picked up and helped!

So, when I think about “remarkable 3,” and I see all this corporate silence, all these carefully managed “leaks” that don’t really say anything, it just brings back that same feeling. That feeling of being messed around, you know? Like they’re not really thinking about us, the folks who actually buy their stuff, until they’ve got something shiny and new to wave in our faces and want our money.

If it doesn’t, well, there’s plenty of other stuff out there. I’ve learned my lesson about getting too worked up over these things. They’ll let us know when they’re ready, and not a moment sooner. That’s just how it goes, I suppose.
