Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with some baseball stuff lately, and I wanted to share what I’ve been up to. It’s all about Aaron Judge and Jose Altuve, two big names in the MLB. Let me walk you through it.

First off, I started by digging up some info on these guys. You know, just browsing around the official Yankees website, checking out scores, schedules, and stats. Nothing too fancy, just getting a feel for their recent games.
Then I started getting into some game summaries. I found this one where the Houston Astros played against the New York Yankees. The final score was 3-2, and it was from a while back, October 20. I went through the play-by-play, just to see how things went down during the game.
- I also stumbled upon this other game where the Astros beat the Yankees 8-7. It was back on July 11, 2021, and a whole bunch of people were there, like 37,928. That’s a lot of folks! I checked out the box score and all that good stuff.
After that, I wanted to get deeper, so I started looking at more detailed stuff, like pitch-by-pitch strike zone info. It’s pretty cool to see how each pitch went down, you know? This part took some time, honestly, because there’s a lot of detail to go through.
I then spent quite some time reading different news related to these two teams. The news I read was mainly about Soto’s go-ahead drive, which was his first homer for the Yankees.
Then, I found that Oswaldo Cabrera hit a tying two-run homer in the seventh inning. It’s amazing to see how the Yankees rallied for the third time!

Lastly, I just want to say it’s been fun messing around with this data. I have tried to convert some strange encoded text. I think it’s something called URL encoding, so I might check out an URL decoder to see if I can make sense of it.
Anyways, that’s about it for now. Just wanted to share my little adventure with you all. Hope you found it somewhat interesting!
